使用ORACLE，少不了和补丁打交道，但我们常在METALINK中看到的有关文档，告诉你打这个补丁之前需要什么补丁，如此文档看下来不免头昏脑帐的，下面有个方法可以快速查询出自已所要打的补丁
例如,下面文档（节选）
Step 2 Apply AD prerequisites (Required)
The following patches are required prior to applying Oracle XML Publisher Release 5.6.1.
4337683 - AD Patch 11i.AD.2.

我们可使用PL/SQL,用下面语句查询有关的PATCH是否应用在系统之中
select * from ad_bugs ab where ab.bug_number='4337683'
如果有则不要下载有关补丁，否则先要应用有关补丁
